Refund policy

If the buyer selects the option to download the product but is unable to complete the download due to technical issues caused by the seller’s server, the seller will provide a new download link via email at no additional cost. Should the buyer still be unable to download the product due to server-related technical problems, they must contact the seller’s customer support, which will offer a suitable solution without any extra charges. In such cases, the buyer is not eligible for a refund.

If the buyer experiences download issues caused by factors outside the seller’s control—such as problems with the buyer’s device, internet service provider, or third parties—the seller is not responsible for providing the product free of charge. The buyer must complete the download within five (5) business days of purchase. After this period, the download link will expire, and the buyer will no longer have access to the product, regardless of payment status. In this scenario, the buyer forfeits any right to claims or refunds.
